Our Inspiration
In 2012, Eric and Pamela Hampton began their meditation journeys for different reasons. Eric sought to enhance his focus on business and project completion, while Pamela aimed to alleviate the stress associated with her role as a Property Manager in MultiFamily Realty sector.
Dedicated to helping others manage stress, achieve their goals, and foster personal growth, the couple's friends and family observed significant improvements in their demeanor and confidence.
They learned that maintaining consistency in their meditation practice was more crucial than the specific techniques employed. For Eric and Pamela, a successful session meant reaching a state they referred to as "Zero Point," where they accessed their deepest level of consciousness, known as the Delta brain wave level. This state is marked by a decrease in random thoughts and transitions through Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta waves.
